The New Providence Historical Society celebrated the life and work of Robert Enlow through an exhibit of the late artist’s oil paintings at the New Providence Memorial Library. The collection featured some of Mr. Enlow’s “Windows Into The Past – Historic New Providence” paintings that were inspired by the 100th anniversary of the incorporation of New Providence as a borough. Many other of his paintings were also on exhibit.

As a self-taught artist, Enlow painted mostly landscapes and local scenes.

The reception was held from 2 – 4 PM. The paintings will continue to be on display both in the Conti Family Room and in the reading area of the library until December 6, 2013.
